Refund policy

We stand behind our gear and want you to feel confident on every trip. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To qualify:

Items must be in like-new condition: clean, undamaged, and free from stains or signs of wear.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
A $15 return and processing fee applies per order (
All returns must be requested through our return portal (click here to start your return).
Once approved, you’ll receive a return label, please use it within 7 days.

Tip: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds & Store Credit

Unopened items: Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
Opened or lightly used items: Eligible for a refund or store credit, provided they are still in like-new condition.
Refund timing: Refunds are issued within 10 business days after your return is received and inspected.
If your original payment method is no longer active, we’ll issue your refund as store credit.
Return shipping fees are deducted from your final refund or store credit.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or item, simply return your original product and place a new order. Once we receive your return, we’ll process the exchange.

If the exchange item’s price differs, we’ll charge or refund the difference.
Please note: Exchanged items are final sale.

Pre-Orders

You can cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
After 7 days, pre-orders are eligible for store credit only if in like-new condition.
Pre-orders can be canceled before shipment by using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting support@aviotravel.com.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days at support@aviotravel.com.
Include the following:

Clear photos of the damage
A photo of the SKU label on the packaging

If you purchased Route Shipping Protection, you may qualify for a replacement.

Approved claims will be replaced with the same product, size, and color.
Claims submitted after 7 days or without proper documentation may not be eligible.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

Final sale items
Gift cards
Products damaged due to misuse or wear
Items returned without original packaging

AVIO Travel Lifetime Warranty

Our Promise

AVIO Travel products are built to last. We stand behind the materials, construction, and workmanship of every product we make.

That’s why we offer an optional Lifetime Warranty add on against manufacturing defects for the original owner, for the practical lifetime of the product.


What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal, intended use, including but not limited to:

  • Zipper failure due to manufacturing defects

  • Stitching or seam separation not caused by misuse

  • Structural failures (straps, buckles, panels) caused by defective construction

  • Hardware failures not caused by impact or abuse

If a defect is confirmed, AVIO Travel will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product with the same or comparable item

  • Issue store credit if repair or replacement is not possible


What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or user-caused issues, including but not limited to:

  • Scratches, scuffs, dents, or cosmetic blemishes

  • Fabric abrasion, fading, or discoloration over time

  • Damage caused by airline handling, travel abuse, or third-party carriers

  • Damage from improper use, negligence, accidents, or modifications

  • Cuts, punctures, burns, or tears caused by external objects

  • Water damage caused by submersion or improper sealing

  • Lost or stolen products

Cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product is not considered a defect.


Important Clarification on Scratches & Wear

Products are designed to be used.
Scratches, scuffs, and signs of use are a normal part of ownership and are not covered under our Lifetime Warranty.

If damage was caused by the customer after delivery, it does not qualify as a warranty claim.


Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, customers must:

  1. Be the original purchaser

  2. Provide proof of purchase confirming the optional lifetime warranty add on was included with the order.

  3. Submit clear photos or video of the issue

  4. Describe how the damage occurred

All claims are reviewed by our team. Approval is not guaranteed and is determined solely by AVIO Travel.


Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise stated

  • Any applicable processing or restocking fees may apply

  • Replacement items may be refurbished or equivalent in value if original inventory is unavailable


Abuse & Misuse Protection

AVIO Travel reserves the right to deny warranty claims that appear to involve:

  • Intentional damage

  • Repeated claims from the same customer

  • Misrepresentation of how damage occurred

  • Attempts to use the warranty as a return or exchange program


Warranty Scope

  • Warranty coverage applies only to orders where the lifetime warranty was purchased as an optional add-on.

  • Warranty is non-transferable

  • AVIO Travel reserves the right to update warranty terms at any time


AVIO Travel’s Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not replace normal care, responsibility, or proper use of the product.
